These sensitivity settings works on 3 finger hud, 4 finger hud and even only on a 2 finger hud also. I have explained the sensitivity settings for both battle royale and multiplayer mode of cod mobile in this video. The sensitivity varies in br compared to mp, as you need to deal with more complicated and fast paced gameplay in the multiplayer mode. And on the battle royale mode the gameplay is more stable so a different sensitivity for multiplayer and battle royale is necessary. The sensitivity for phones and iPads are different. iPads have bigger screens on the other hand phones have smaller screens and less screen real estate to work with. Due to this reason the sensitivity varies depending on if you play on a phone or ipad. I have talked about this sensitivity difference as well in this video.
