With our Always Learning philosophy and recognizing that leaders are not just born but rather developed, Brown and Caldwell (BC) launched the Thrive Leadership Acceleration Program in 2019.

Each year, BC employees at all levels from across the country are selected to participate in this unique career development program to strengthen their skills and become a more impactful leader. Participants learn about themselves, how they lead their teams, and work within our organization. In the program participants experience powerful assessments, coaching, feedback, and world-class experiential training.

The program culminates in a two-day capstone where leaders present their Leadership Promises to their peers.
