Helium Network - Preliminary fix for "Inactive" RAK v2 after light hotspot upgrade

In short, RTFM on SD card flashing, and flash a brand new SD card. More diagnostic tips within the video. I did verify successfully using a status check from hotspotty as explorer was having problems at the time.
