How To Play Perfect Seated Guard Like Gordon Ryan

Have you always wanted to play open guard seated like Gordon Ryan? Look no further, in this video I show a mini system that I learned from Gordon so you can make your opponents scared to stand in front of you! This video has a lot of information in a short amount of time, so I suggest watching it in one sitting the first time then when you’re ready to drill it, drill each piece separately. Once you get everything down pretty good start to chain everything together and that is where you will truly build a system!
