Ahead of the much-anticipated return of groundbreaking sitcom “Will & Grace” Thursday night, stars Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes visit TODAY to field questions from Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie. Who has changed the most over the last 11 years? Everyone points at Hayes, who has had “full reconstructive surgery,” Mullally jokes. But Hayes adds: “We make look a little older, but we’re still the same people.”
