Описание к видео Jetpack Compose Material 3 Complete Tutorial Kotlin Android Studio 2: Flow Row & Filter Chip

In this video Jetpack Compose Material 3 Complete Tutorial Kotlin Android Studio 2: Flow Row & Filter Chip, we are going to implement flow row and filter chip
Jetpack Compose is Android’s modern toolkit for building native UI. It simplifies and accelerates UI development on Android. Quickly bring your app to life with less code, powerful tools, and intuitive Kotlin APIs.
Writing less code affects all stages of development: as an author, you get to focus on the problem at hand, with less to test and debug and with less chances of bugs; as a reviewer or maintainer you have less code to read, understand, review and maintain.

FlowRow and FlowColumn are composables that are similar to Row and Column, but differ in that items flow into the next line when the container runs out of space. This creates multiple rows or columns. The number of items in a line can also be controlled by setting maxItemsInEachRow or maxItemsInEachColumn. You can often use FlowRow and FlowColumn to build responsive layouts— content will not be cut off if items are too large for one dimension, and using a combination of maxItemsInEach* with Modifier.weight(weight) can help build layouts that fill/expand the width of a row or column when needed.

The Chip component is a compact, interactive UI element. It represents complex entities like a contact or tag, often with an icon and label. It can be checkable, dismissible, or clickable.

The four types of chips and where you might use them are as follows:

Assist: Guides the user during a task. Often appears as a temporary UI element in response to user input.
Filter: Allows users to refine content from a set of options. They can be selected or deselected, and may include a checkmark icon when selected.
Input: Represents user-provided information, such as selections in a menu. They can contain an icon and text, and provide an 'X' for removal.
Suggestion: Provides recommendations to the user based on their recent activity or input. Typically appear beneath an input field to prompt user actions.

Android Studio is the official Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for Android app development, based on IntelliJ IDEA . On top of IntelliJ's powerful code editor and developer tools, Android Studio offers even more features that enhance your productivity when building Android apps, such as:
1= A flexible Gradle-based build system
2= A fast and feature-rich emulator
3= A unified environment where you can develop for all Android devices
4= Apply Changes to push code and resource changes to your running app without restarting your app
5= Code templates and GitHub integration to help you build common app features and import sample code
6= Extensive testing tools and frameworks
7= Lint tools to catch performance, usability, version compatibility, and other problems
8= C++ and NDK support

Compose uses a declarative API, which means that all you need to do is describe your UI - Compose takes care of the rest. The APIs are intuitive - easy to discover and use: “Our theming layer is vastly more intuitive and legible. We've been able to accomplish within a single Kotlin file what otherwise extended across multiple XML files that were responsible for attribute definitions and assignments via multiple layered theme overlays
