[IDV] Elk rank be like: silly identity v rank match

Hello! Guess who can finally play and upload identity v videos… snickers mischievously. Anyways, I was unable to play for the last year as I was figuring things out and dealing with a milestone in my life. I now have made the time where I can consistently play again. I’ll also most likely upload videos more often now as well.
