Then make quotation and submit to our customer.
Customer provide us the die casting mould machine specification.
We should start mould design.
The mould design will be submitted.
Including cavity, cooling system, ejection pin, sprue, runner and overflow.
Extra service, mould flow analysis can be sent to client under request.
After everything confirmed, we will start die casting mould making.
