How to Make a Violin Mute from a Dollar Bill

Here is a rather silly video that shows you how to make a violin (or viola or cello) mute from a dollar bill. Of course, you could also use a twenty, but that might be too expensive.

My assistant in this video is my stepson DJ Jazzy Jack, but he only wanted to do the beginning and then he needed to get back to the club.
