160g Pork Belly (五花肉)
5 pcs Dried Chilli (干辣椒)
3 cloves Garlic (蒜头)
8 sliced Ginger (姜片)
1 stalk Spring Onion (青葱)
2 tbsp Cooking Oil (油)

Marinate for Pork (腌制猪肉)

½ tsp Salt (盐)
1 tsp Sesame Oil (麻油)
1 tbsp Cooking Wine (料酒)

Seasonings (调味料)
======
1/3 tsp Salt (盐)
1/2 tsp Sugar (糖)
3 tbsp Hot Water (热水)
1 tsp Oyster Sauce (蚝油)
1 tsp Cooking Wine (料酒)
1 tsp Sesame Oil (麻油)
2 tbsp Black Vinegar (黑米醋/陈醋)
