I wrote this piano song when I was feeling restless and anxious, my intention was to create safety and to remind myself of the following:

Feeling safe is to return to the deepest truth of your being. A quiet knowing that you are held, seen, and loved beyond measure. Safety is not only found in the absence of danger, but in the presence of peace within. It is the gentle awareness that you don’t have to strive or prove or hide to be worthy of rest, of ease, of simply existing. In the arms of safety, your nervous system softens, your heart unravels its defenses, and your spirit remembers how to breathe freely. You begin to trust the rhythm of life again, to let go of fear, to open your hands and receive what is meant for you. Feeling safe is the ground from which courage grows, where healing takes root and dreams begin to bloom. It is a sacred returning, to yourself, to this moment, to the divine intelligence that surrounds and lives within you. When you feel safe, you remember: you are never truly alone, never truly lost. You are part of something greater, something that always knows the way home.

So Breathe, You Are Safe...

This is a gentle, emotive, and delicate piano composition, creating a spacious atmosphere, just like soft wind passing. It evokes a sense of tranquil grace, incorporating elements from classical genres.
