How To Make The World's Largest Samosa

Fancy making the world’s biggest samosa? Ok. Well you’ll need…

• 12 volunteers
• 15 hours
• 220lbs of potatoes
• 55lbs of onion
• 33lbs peas
• 97lbs of flour
• A lot of spice mix
• A winch...
• A specially made deep fat fryer.

But humanitarian charity, Muslim Aid, wasn’t phased by this challenge. They managed to win the world record with a samosa that weighed in at a massive 337.4lbs. Once complete, and once a Guinness officiate had sampled the samosa, the scrumptious, supersized street food was dished up to local homeless people in East London as well as raising funds for other causes.
