देश भर के असंगठित श्रमिक जो विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कार्य करते है उनका पहचान पत्र और आधार कार्ड की तर्ज पर इनके कार्य के अनुसार रिकॉर्ड तैयार किया जाएगा ताकि इनके उत्थान के लिए योजनाएं बनाकर क्रियान्वित की जा सके.

ई श्रम कार्ड की पात्रता ओर मापदंड
नीचे दिए गए मानदंडों को पूरा करने वाला
प्रत्येक कर्मचारी इसके लिए पात्र है
NDUW के तहत पंजीकरण:
1. आयु 16-59 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए
2. आयकर दाता नहीं होना चाहिए
3. ईपीएफओ और ईएसआईसी का सदस्य नहीं होना चाहिए
4. असंगठित श्रमिक श्रेणियों में काम करना चाहिए
