He freezes. Eyebrows lift. Eyes dart. One hand slowly lowers the glass. The other begins swatting wildly. The mosquito. He tracks it with comic precision, spinning, lunging, ducking, slapping his own head, chest, knees—missing every time.

He tries to ignore it. He sits. He breathes. He lifts the snack. BZZZZ! He swats again—misses He stares at the glass of juice with solemn eyes. His last hope.

He raises the juice . Slowly. Carefully. Victory is in reach—

BZZZZ! In a frantic slap, he swings—

SPLASH!

The juice arcs through the air, landing in his table. He freezes, soaked, lips pursed in betrayed silence.

The comedian turns to the audience. Curtain.
