With summer winding down, I’m soaking up all of the quiet, lazy moments that will be all to gone once school starts back up. I wanted to get one last arrangement in this summer, and felt like this one was most fitting.

One thing I love about the Kingdom Hearts series is its music. Lazy Afternoons is one track that instantly jumped out to me. Its melody evokes an air of nostalgia, and there are hints of melancholy to the theme.

This particular arrangement that I made is for six trumpets, although I subbed the accompaniment parts for flugelhorn in this recording, as I personally liked the contrast in tone. You can find the score/sheet music to my arrangement via the link below:
