That was basically my thinking when I started doing these covers in the spring on 2016. Yes, this stuff is old. Ashes in Your Mouth was always a personal favourite, I really liked playing the original because it had great riffs and just getting through the song was a technical and even physical challenge. This version is very Opeth-influenced as some keen eared listeners have noticed. There is a mistake in the transition riff from intro to verse and I still mentally kick myself whenever I listen to this version (which is not very often), but on the whole this turned out pretty good.
