We have a split market here in Destin Florida - we are a true working living community with professional careers, 3 big military bases surrounding us, retirees, and we are booming with visitors staying at the beach. So! On one hand…we have Sellers selling a house due to real life changes whether it’s marriage or moving with a partner, career changes or military deployment and then on the other hand, we are working with Buyers and Sellers who are investing in short term rental rental properties that are right now, making their best returns.
