Avenged Sevenfold - SEIZE THE DAY | Vocal Cover (feat. Tara Lansing)

Here’s a cover I did of Avenged Sevenfold’s song, “Seize The Day" from their 2005 album "City of Evil". This version is actually from the live show they did in the LBC in 2008.

All the instrumentation in the background was written and performed by Avenged Sevenfold. I just grabbed an instrumental version of the song from off the net and added the singing on top of it. I did a few melody tweaks, although other than that, the majority of the melody and all the lyrics were written by Avenged Sevenfold.

Additionally, Tara Lansing out of Nashville, TN brought such an amazing element to the song! She is performing harmonies, background vocals and the ending vocals. You can check out what she's up to at @lansingrocks on IG. She trained at Zing Recording studios and worked with artists such as All That Remains and Killswitch Engage to name a few.
