Russian lawyers respond to Ukraine open hearings in case against Russia at top UN court

Lawyers arrive ahead of the Russian legal team’s response to Ukrainian arguments presented on 6 June, in a case brought by Ukraine against Russia at the UN's top court alleging that Russia breached treaties on terrorist financing and racial discrimination in eastern Ukraine and Crimea.

The case was filed in 2017, before Russia's invasion last year triggered a full-scale war in Ukraine.
