Faith holds great importance in people's lives and is an integral part of different cultures and sub-cultures. While it can mean different things to different people, it is what helps people not give up hope in difficult times. #Urudhi is a heartfelt melody that simplifies the concept of faith among people by means of music and how two entities are connected.

An unique amalgamation of religious and spiritual music, the song features Sangeetha Kalanidhi awardee Sanjay Subrahmanyam, a renowned voice in Carnatic music, accompanied by Arifullah Shah, a practicing fakir trained in Naagoor style Tamil Sufi music who’s all set to make his debut in the Tamil music industry. Adding much-needed depth and cultural nuances to the song, the duo is joined by the well-renowned Sunshine Orchestra and Punya Srinivas on Veena, an ancient Indian instrument reminding us of Goddess Saraswati that finds its origins in different holy texts and scriptures.
