250 grams pearl millet (bajra)
250 grams gram daal (chana daal)
200 grams oats.
200 grams barley.
250 grams flax seeds.
I also add 100 grams Isabgol psyllium husk (optional)
All the above Ingredients mix well together.
While giving for grinding make sure to tell
