Who doesn’t want a better quality of life: improved love life, intimate relationships, more fulfilling work, healthier and fitter body, more meaning? To improve their life, people usually work hard to change external life circumstances: they swap romantic partners, commit to intense workouts, change jobs, move homes. However, the optimal way to improve our experience of life is through shifting our outlook on life, and by upgrading our inner operating system.

The most effective way to shift and upgrade is through holistic self-transformation, i.e. developing on all aspects of human evolution simultaneously. In this talk, we will share techniques and lifehacks that empowered us and people we serve to self-transform holistically. We also will share how to rapidly shift onto an upgraded life trajectory by laser-focusing on just two meta-skills: expansion of our awareness and of our capacity to sense.
