Statement

"To sleep in deep colour is to lay awake at night with your eyes closed but you're mind more open than ever.

To lay in these beautiful florescent colours but to only be thinking about the darkness and negative past or what you could've done is too easy and too mentally hurtful.
But you don't have to be in a bad place to look back, you could look back in an unselfish way and think what loved ones have done for you or how much you must mean to them for them to have done those things.

This song is a thank you to my mother and father who for years slept in the deep colours of worry over my young bright eyed sleep of comfort, remember who's cared for you not because they have to but because they love you, remember the love you've been shown, remember your Selfworth.
