I'M GOING BACK TO TAWI-TAWI FOR ITS UNIQUE LEPA BOAT FESTIVAL!

Part of the 50th Kamahardikaan, or Foundation Anniversary (Tawi-Tawi became a province in 1973), the Lepa Festival is one part of this celebration of culture at the southern tip of the Philippines!

It was a long, sleepless journey to get back to Bongao - but, absolutely worth it!

And there is much more to come!
