There are many reasons for the patients to present with the shoulder pain out of which one who is called as shoulder tendinosis which the patients commonly come to us. When we say tendinosis it is an inflammation of the tendon or the muscular attachment in the shoulder that inflammation is called as tendinosis. The cause for the tendinosis once again it can be an injury or an inflammatory process or tear or some metabolic issues. Sometime when we say metabolic issue it can be a diabetic induce or Gout induced many other issues. So this inflammation of tendon in the shoulder is called as shoulder tendinosis which they present in the form of frozen shoulder that means we say stiff shoulder.
