What happened with Bruce Wayne and Vicki Vale?
In the summer of 1989, the world changed forever...well, at least for me it did. That was the summer of BATMAN. I can't count how many times I watched the movie with my brothers growing up, but suffice it to say...it was a lot. Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson and Kim Basinger, with the direction of Tim Burton, brought Batman to the BIG SCREEN in a way that we had never seen before and it blew everyone away, mostly due to the action and drama courtesy of The Dark Knight and his nemesis, The Joker.


BUT...


...there is a part of the movie that I never felt got the attention it deserved. I'm talking about the romance between Bruce Wayne and Vicki Vale. Their relationship was a big part of the movie but it didn't make it into the next movie, so it must've ended sometime in between. But WHY? HOW??? Did they not have the right kind of chemistry? How did this pair of lovers come together in the first place...and how did they fall apart?
