Drains encroached in Pai Layout

The unplanned layouts, narrow roads and clogged storm water drains in Bengaluru heaping untold misery on the people during heavy rains. Encroachment of drainage system has given birth to a host of problems, the main one being the overflowing drains. This is the story in several parts of Bengaluru, we visited one such place, that is Pai layout in KR Puram. Whenever it rains the residents there have to face the slush and mud from the overflowing drains.
