• Percorso: parking a Fonte Vetica (Gran Sasso/Campo Imperatore, 1.632 m), saliamo sx verso Colle dell’Omo Morto (1.811 m), poi fino alla prima meta: Fonte Grotta (2.050 m), la sorgente più alta degli Appennini. Si torna un tratto indietro, per salire al Monte Camicia (2.564 m), dove si incontrano molti camosci. Visita dell’impressionante parete Nord del Camicia. Concludiamo l'anello raggiungendo il Monte Tremoggia (2.331 m) e rientro attraverso la pineta di Fonte Vetica
• Distanza: 9,5 km (A/R). Dislivello: 1.100 m, da 1.632 m a 2.564 m
• Livello: sentiero EE. Su detriti l’avvicinamento alla grotta. Qualche semplice tratto alpinistico di I grado per la cima del Camicia, con difficoltà per pietrisco instabile
• Equipaggiamento: casco, lampada frontale, guanti da arrampicata, scarponi impermeabili, opportuno avere una corda di 10 mt

• Path: parking at Fonte Vetica (Gran Sasso / Campo Imperatore, 1,632 m), go up left towards Colle dell'Omo Morto (1,811 m), then up to the first destination: Fonte Grotta (2,050 m), the highest water source of the Apennines . You go back a bit, to go up to Monte Camicia (2,564 m), where you can meet many chamois. Visit of the impressive North wall of the Camicia. We conclude the loop reaching Monte Tremoggia (2,331 m) and return through the pine forest of Fonte Vetica

• Level: EE path. Approaching the cave on debris. Soma simple first grade trail to the top of the Camicia, with difficulty due to unstable gravel
