If your priority is to sculpt your body, increase muscle mass, and improve muscle definition, bodybuilding could align more closely with your vision.

Of course, these disciplines are not mutually exclusive. Many lifters blend elements of both to create hybrid programs that enhance both strength and physique. Whichever path you choose, consistency, progressive overload, proper form, and smart recovery strategies remain key to long-term success.
