Sore joints / aches pain

When i first saw this list which could acurately describe someone close to me. I had to bring this to their attention. The next step we took was to eliminate nightshades and the big ones for us were...

After one week its like they were a different person all together. The freedom and happiness we found and self control they didnt know they had was amazing. We still eat these on occasion but not nearly as often as we were.  We were so amazed, and thankful for this find.

Maybe you or someone you know may fit some of these symptoms cutting out nightshades could be worth a shot. I suggest trying to cut them out for 30-60 days.

How many supplements (vitamins) do I take everyday?   • My Daily Supplements  

There are so many supplements(vitamins) I am not exactly sure. Easily a handful after every meal. This took time. For me it was an easier choice over those other options. I always try to find supplements (vitamins) with no other additives. I try to take as few supplements  that contain sterate.
