Personal Story: As a Delivery Manager, one of my key responsibilities was Release Management. This role involves coordinating, communicating, planning, scheduling, and controlling the movement of releases to test and live environments across various platforms. Many people think a software release simply means distributing a new or updated product to end-users. However, technically, a release refers to any change to a software product or system outside its normal operating premises.
