Pudu Heun Kee, started in 1983 by Madam Heun. She created this special cooking method of using charcoal both from the bottom and on the lid of the claypot. This technique is still being used until today. The fragrant of charcoal plus saltiness of salted fish, the claypot chicken rice is to die for! Heun Kee has be awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2023, 2024, so you know it's gonna be good!
