Rate: 3/6 till 6 double

1) 1 double must self-draw, minimum 2 double to game from other players.
2) kalong/ pong pong/ dandiao/ self-draw will be additional $2.
note: kalong & dandiao must be genuinely calling one card. for example, 1222 bamboo, you’re calling 1 & 3 bamboo. so if you self-draw, kalong or dandiao will not be applicable.
3) throw pongpong hand to other players to game will warrant an additional $6 on top of the number of double the hand is.
4) shout pong no need to pong. however, if the tiles are shown on the table, you’re not allowed to take it back and must pong at all costs.
5) all forms of elephant will be made responsible for all payments that happens during the game, such as flower & animal bite, gang, self-draw, as well as being deprived from any monetary gains such as angang etc.
the three forms of elephants include:
• big elephant: too many tiles.
• small elephant: too little tiles.
• messy elephant: draw tiles from wrong deck, take in the wrong tiles & throw flowers and animals out.
6) all actions must be completed before revealing your winning hand. for example, if you eat, gang or pong any tiles and the following tile that is drawn or thrown constitutes a winning hand, you must take the tile in before revealing your hand. after one round, you will not be allowed to take your card in and will be penalised for messy elephant.
7) no biting of other players’ flowers, only your own.
8) 7 flowers snatch the last 8th flower will be $40 x 3 = $120. shooter pay, no splitting. if self-draw the 8th flower, it’ll be $42 each on top of biting of flowers as well.
8) no animal special.
9) if the first 4 discards are the same tiles, there will be no restart. game continues as per normal.
10) half 1 & 9 hand will be an additional two double.
11) animal gathering will be an additional one double, it will not be awarded as the limit.

rules of pinghu:
1) steal eat no need to wait for one round. for example, if you throw 9 bamboo, you’re allowed to game 6 bamboo within the same round. you’re only not allowed to game 9 bamboo within the same round, must wait for one round.
2) feed three times pinghu will not bao self-draw.
3) snatch gang will be $60.
4) concealed pinghu or pinghu hdly will be $32 each.
5) concealed pinghu + hdly will be $42 each.
6) you’re not allowed to eat until dandiao, it will not be deemed as pinghu.

7) one colour pinghu without flowers or animals.

12) four gangs

other things to take note:
1) if player A has 4 double outside and player B throws a big card for player A to pong, player B bao and will pay for all subsequent payments such as bite, gang and zimo.
2) if player A game player B’s card and realised zhahu, player A will pay $40 to all players. if player A zimo and zhahu, player A will also pay $42 to all players.
3) anyone who zhahu, regardless of what situation & level of experience will have to bear the consequences.
