Rav4 LP Aventure Skid Plate Install (2019-2024)

After purchasing a 2021 Rav4 for everyday use and light offroad adventures, installing a skid plate was my first priority! I've now heard from at least 2 people who have been stuck on mountain roads because they struck the Rav4's oil pan, and this is not something I want to have happen (especially after being stuck 18 miles up a mountain road 2 years ago in my old SUV). Didn't quite get this video out for father's day this year, but thank you to my dad for helping!!!

LP Aventure's aluminum skid plate seemed like a clean, simple, and quality option for me to choose...and now love having it installed!

Few items I learned that were different from instructions:
- Needed a 17mm socket to tighten the bolts on top of the skid plate
- Needed to remove the passenger (right side) access panel as an easier way to attach the front skid panel bolt, and was able to remove without removing the tire.

Installations always take longer than you think, but overall went pretty straightforward and definitely helps to have another person.
