I just had to try it and something is definitely going on.

I equipped The Highwayman ring to see if the line "Total Recovery per second from Life Leech is Doubled" would actually work and stack with Vaal Pact keystone which has the same line.

Not everything stacked but some lines did.

Note that I put stars in front of the lines that doubled or almost.

As a comparsion I put the stats with my other ring at the bottom.

I don't know if this is intended that Vaal Pact and The Highwayman works togeather as some stats don't increase.

It made the leech extremely strong though.
