Judge to Interview Ashley Benefield Jurors Over Misconduct

Convicted killer and ex-ballerina #AshleyBenefield is fighting for a new murder trial claiming misconduct by multiple jurors. In one incident, Benefield's attorneys claim a juror snuck in a phone and was texting updates. Benefield was found guilty of killing her husband during their custody battle.
