Prone with foot hanging over edge of plinth

-- TECHNIQUE --
Squeeze the calf muscles at the gastrocnemius-soleus complex

-- POSITIVE TEST --
Squeezing of calf muscles causes NO plantar flexion

-- SENSITIVITY AND SPECIFICITY --
► Sensitivity: 96%
► Specificity: 93%
