I know you love it when I talk about the French diet, so today I thought I’d share some differences between the French vs American diets!
First, I'll talk about the differences between French meals vs American meals, then I'll look at government nutrition recommendations in France and in the USA and see how they differ.
Hopefully this will give you some insight into the French vs American way of eating, and how the nutrition guidelines affect that.
