A leopard has entered villages in Siddipet district, causing widespread fear among residents. The wild animal reportedly crossed from Janagama district into Siddipet at night and attacked livestock in Kohida Mandal, killing up to five cows.

Villagers are terrified and hesitant to go to fields or water wells due to the leopard’s presence. Some villagers witnessed the tragic scene of dead cows near their homes early in the morning. Locals mentioned that such incidents have not occurred in the past 12 years, making this the first time they are experiencing such terror.

Forest officials are actively monitoring the situation and have installed tracking cameras to locate and capture the leopard. Authorities urge villagers to remain alert and cautious.
