In an exclusive interview with ShanghaiEye ahead of the US Election Day, renowned economist and Columbia University professor Jeffrey Sachs shared his insights on the US-China ties, the hyped up "decouple" rhetoric and the global conflicts. Jeffery bluntly rated the US foreign policy as "failing" and admitted that he "wouldn't say there's a marked difference between the Donald Trump and Kamala Harris" on China policy.
