But how do we receive love? To truly be loved, we must allow others to recognize themselves in us, which means we need to open up and let ourselves be *discovered*. And that can be *scary*. We often only show the parts of ourselves we are proud of, but the key to deep, meaningful connections is the courage to reveal more.

Yet, this vulnerability comes with risk—if we expose ourselves to someone who is not ready or capable of love, we can get hurt. However, if you find a relationship where both people are willing to fully open up, to be truly seen, and to recognize each other, the reward is a profound, deep kind of love. 💫
