Kayak Fishing the Williamson River | Feelfree Lure 13.5 in Action | Redband Trout Galore

Kayak Fishing the Williamson River isn't for the faint of heart. The fast water sections give a rush of adrenaline in between the meandering pools full of large Redband Trout. The Feelfree Lure 13.5 handles this river exceptionally well. I can't imagine paddling the Williamson River in a thin walled Kayak with all of the rocks and lava ridges just below the waters surface. The Stability of the Feelfree Lure also makes this trip a breeze.

The Trout in this River are a Subspecies of Rainbow Trout called Redband Trout. In this River, they can grow up to 30 inches long, or more. They travel in between this river and Klamath Lake and they eat, eat, eat as they are doing so.

The Williamson River is a top 100 Trout River and it needs to be on your bucket list whether you are a fly fisherman or a conventional tackle fisherman.
