This property received a full masonry refresh finished in a Smokey Blue Sol-Silicate stain, professionally completed by Midwest Brick Stain.

Prior to staining, the structure had areas of deteriorated masonry and mortar. Our crew addressed these issues with proper repairs and restoration to ensure a stable, uniform surface before any coating was applied.

Once the masonry had fully cured, Midwest Brick Stain returned to apply Eco-Prim, followed by Sol-Silicate in Smokey Blue. The photos shown include images while the stain was still in the drying phase. As the material continues to cure and mineralize, the final tone settles into a lighter, more balanced Smokey Blue — as seen in the reference image.
