Low Carb and Diabetic Friendly CRANBERRY SAUCE:
Makes 8 Servings at 1/4 cup each. Macros per serving:
Calories 21 Carbs 5.44 Fiber 1.68 Net Carbs 3.76
(You can also eat just 2 TB and half the above amounts)

12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
1 1/8 cut water
1 Cup powdered monkfruit (Or low carb sweetener of your choice)
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 tsp Apple Pie spice

Wash your cranberries well and rinse and drain in strainer.
Leave whole or process in food processor if preferred.
Add to pan and add the water and the powdered Monkfruit.
Stir well. Add in zest and Apple Pie Spice. Turn the heat up to
medium high and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and
continue to stir and boil until thick. Remove from the heat and let
cool before serving. Enjoy! It's delicious!
This will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
