America's Oldest Seaport - Gloucester, Massachusetts. A few miles North of Boston, Massachusetts, Gloucester was first settled in 1623 and became the first fishing and seaport was established on the North Shore of Massachusetts. As a historical landmark it has played a major part in Nautical history. Eastern Point Lighthouse, land side of the Eastern Point Jetty, is one of the oldest lighthouses in the United States. A Perfect Storm with George Clooney, and the famous Wicked Tuna are both based out of Gloucester and capture a tiny piece of the fishing seaport life in Gloucester, MA. Gloucester still holds its fishing roots but has become a tourist destination for travelers and tourists seeking whale watching, fishing charters, and scenic drives.

I hope you enjoy the scenic walk along the Eastern Point Jetty and Lighthouse. The purpose of these videos is to bring some relaxation or showcase tourist destinations in their natural state without music or narration allowing the location to be the character.
