I used to create hours and hours of extra work myself because I thought I HAD to do it that way!

I would look towards others that I admired in the field I was in (Youtubers, for the example of this video) and then try to decipher and copy their processes.

I thought that my videos had to look like theirs in order for me to gain any sort of an audience.

This led me to DOING the MOST.

My earlier videos used to take me 1 hour to plan, 2 or so hours to film and then 8-12 hours to edit, EACH! How crazy is that?!

Now, as I've gotten into a more aligned rhythm for myself, creating in a way that is ALIGNED with my unique style of producing - I can film, edit and post within a span of 3 hours. 🤯
