Honda Trail 125 | Comprehensive 1000 km Break-In Review

This is a long one everybody! In this comprehensive video, I break down all of the pros and cons I've come to discover with my Honda Trail 125, after 3 months (and 1000km) of ownership. Bottom line: I am completely thrilled with this little bike.

A word about accessories, upgrades, add-ons, farkles, etc. I have very few…and the ones I do have are mostly cheap and local. I did buy a couple of overseas accessories, and in each case the shipping was atrocious. Let me just say, despite what you’ll see in hundreds of youtube videos, and the praises you’ll hear from others, and the allure of some of the “kick-ass” accessories you might find out there, let me be your honest and true testament to the axiom that with the Trail 125, the simpler the better. Unlike with my Himalayan, I genuinely haven’t had any burning desire to run out and get that next accessory for Louise. I’m truly content with her just how I have her. I don’t plan on doing any long-distance touring, so all of the extra storage options, racks, and add-ons, don’t really apply to me. Fuel can be carried in small canisters, and everything else, will just add unnecessary weight. The ONLY additional accessory I might consider one day, is a $30 hard case in lieu of my milk crate if I ever wanted do day-long trail rides with more secure storage (or if I started having issues with milk-crate theft).
