Tim Cartmell is a full contact Asian martial arts champion, submissions grappling champion, and author and translator of several books. He is the holder of an 8th degree black belt in Kung Fu San Soo and a 4th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He currently teaches BJJ and MMA out of Ace Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Fountain Valley CA.
