Old-School Anime Retrospective: Bubblegum Crisis

1980s OVAs are well-remembered for being experimental, adult, violent, and very reflective of the worries of their era, and 1987's Bubblegum Crisis is one of the most influential, both in Japan and abroad. Jisu of SecretIdentityStudio looks over the dark cyberpunk series and somehow holds back from making a single "OK, Boomer" joke.
