In this video I will explain the first step of the RNA-Seq Analysis pipeline and that is data retrieval using Gene Expression Omnibus datasets on NCBI.

First you will head over to the NCBI website and then from the “All Databases” option you will select “GEO Datasets” and write the name of the experiment you want to search and press enter. Then NCBI will show you the desired results and you can click on the one you want. Then it will display all the information related to that experiment and you can download your desired data.
